Businesses use advertisements and advertorials to
market their products. Another form of marketing is
direct response copywriting.
But everybody likes a good story. Stories are relaxing,
easy to read, and not difficult to remember. We read
stories in books, watch them in videos, and hear them
when we are with friends.
When we read advertorials in story form it's easy to
read it to the end, for it captures your attention.
These are my specialities.
I am a storyteller and prefer to use my talent and skills to help
you increase your sales.
I write various kinds of stories:
> I tell them in a way that is factual, comical, tear-jerking, compassionate, or whatever emotion you would choose.
> Sometimes it follows a plot with dialogue galore, just like a good novel.
> Other times we report as a reporter would.
But I don't only do stories. I also do direct response long
and short copy.
Each project would call for a particular style. Sometimes I
write the advertorial as a reporter who reports on the
excellence of a business. Other times I would describe a
holiday at a resort as if a love story has played itself off at
the resort and the characters relive their experience by
telling of all the attributes of the resort they had
experienced.
Then I also tell stories about the staff and clients of
charities and non-profits, turning the hearts of donors to
jelly, creating in them a deep desire to open their pockets.
